नानक ने परमात्मा को गा गाकर पाया l गीतों से पटा है मार्ग नानक का l इसलिए नानक की खोज बड़ी भिन्न है l पहली बात समझ लेनी जरुरी है कि नानक ने योग नहीं किया । तप नहीं किया । ध्यान नहीं किया l नानक ने सिर्फ गाया l और गाकर ही पा लिया l लेकिन गाया उन्होंने इतने पूरे प्राण से कि गीत ही ध्यान हो गया । गीत ही योग बन गया । गीत ही तप हो गया l ओशो । बोदा नशा शराब का उतर जाय परभात । नाम खुमारी नानका चङी रहे दिन रात ।

बहुत समय पहले की बात है । 1 बार 1 गुरुजी गंगा किनारे स्थित किसी गाँव में अपने शिष्यों के साथ स्नान कर रहे थे । तभी 1 राहगीर आया । और उनसे पूछा - महाराज, इस गाँव में कैसे लोग रहते हैं ? दरअसल मैं अपने मौजूदा निवास स्थान से कहीं और जाना चाहता हूँ ? गुरुजी बोले - जहाँ तुम अभी रहते हो वहां किस प्रकार के लोग रहते हैं ?
- मत पूछिए महाराज ! वहां तो 1 से 1 कपटी, दुष्ट और बुरे लोग बसे हुए हैं । राहगीर बोला ।
गुरुजी बोले - इस गाँव में भी बिलकुल उसी तरह के लोग रहते हैं । कपटी, दुष्ट, बुरे । और इतना सुनकर राहगीर आगे बढ़ गया ।
कुछ समय बाद 1 दूसरा राहगीर वहां से गुजरा । उसने भी गुरुजी से वही प्रश्न पूछा - मुझे किसी नयी जगह जाना है । क्या आप बता सकते हैं कि इस गाँव में कैसे लोग रहते हैं ?
- जहाँ तुम अभी निवास करते हो । वहां किस प्रकार के लोग रहते हैं ? गुरुजी ने इस राहगीर से भी वही प्रश्न पूछा ।
- जी वहां तो बड़े सभ्य, सुलझे और अच्छे लोग रहते हैं । राहगीर बोला ।
- तुम्हे बिलकुल उसी प्रकार के लोग यहाँ भी मिलेंगे । सभ्य, सुलझे और अच्छे । गुरुजी ने अपनी बात पूर्ण की । और दैनिक कार्यों में लग गए । पर उनके शिष्य ये सब देख रहे थे । और राहगीर के जाते ही उन्होंने पूछा - क्षमा कीजियेगा गुरुजी । पर आपने दोनों राहगीरों को 1 ही स्थान के बारे में अलग अलग बातें क्यों बतायी ?
गुरुजी गंभीरता से बोले - शिष्यों आमतौर पर हम चीजों को वैसे नहीं दखते । जैसी वे हैं । बल्कि उन्हें हम ऐसे देखते हैं । जैसे कि हम खुद हैं । हर जगह हर प्रकार के लोग होते हैं । यह हम पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किस तरह के लोगों को देखना चाहते हैं ।
शिष्य उनकी बात समझ चुके थे । और आगे से उन्होंने जीवन में सिर्फ अच्छाईयों पर ही ध्यान केन्द्रित करने का निश्चय किया । कोई न काहू सुख दुख कर दाता । निज कर कर्म भोग सब भ्राता ।

MASTURBATION WITH MEDITATION
Telling to a fourteen or fifteen-year-young boy that celibacy is a virtue, that he has to remain celibate until he has come from the university and he gets married, you are simply asking the impossible.
At the age of eighteen man has the most sexual power. After eighteen he starts declining. It is at the age of eighteen that he comes to the peak of his sexual energy, and he can have tremendously significant orgasms. And he is capable of having three, four, five orgasms in one night.
When he was able to have orgasms, he was told to remain celibate. He repressed his energy, or he became a pervert. He became a homosexual or he started masturbating.
But in all the countries even doctors go on telling people that masturbation will make you crazy, will make you mad. This is sheer nonsense.
In fact, to get rid of sexual energy which is too much, masturbation is the most hygienic method.
And at the age of eighteen, if you can be taught masturbation with meditation, your whole life will be a totally different life. Not a life of misery, suffering, sadness, frustration, but a life of sheer dance and song.
That's what I will teach people. When they are at the peak of their sexual energy, that is the moment when they can have orgasm very easily. And now the Pill is available, so there is no problem. Boys and girls should be living in the same hostels. They should be making love. The fear of getting pregnant is no more there. Now love is, for the first time, pure fun. And joined with meditation it becomes sacred fun.
No prayer, no church-going can help you to understand what I am saying. No HOLY BIBLE can give you the insight.
But if the girl is not available, then help people with masturbation. Teach them how you have to be meditative. And when you come to a peak and you explode into an orgasmic joy, watch. Be alert.
